She wanted to protest against the Jedi, and did so by bombing the Temple. Barriss Offee, who was the Padawan of Luminara Unduli, saw this as well.
Seeing the Jedi fight as generals in the war against the CIS led many Republic citizens to stop believing that they were peacekeepers. Anakin Skywalker found out it was actually Barriss Offee who committed the crime and framed Ahsoka.
There were many suspects but in the end Ahsoka Tano was found guilty of murder and treason. The casualties included six Jedi, multiple clones, and some maintenance workers.
Barriss Offee was the one who bombed the temple because she was upset that the Jedi were fighting the Republic’s war against the CIS. The bombing took place later during the Clone Wars.
